AEI is seeking a full-time research assistant to work with our health policy experts. Our health policy experts study a wide variety of health policy issues including health care financing, delivery system reform, pharmaceutical regulation, as well as various issues in public health such as drug and organ donation policy. A new health policy research assistant will begin in summer 2019.
Responsibilities include research support in the form of editing and contributing to scholarly papers, articles, op-eds, and books; creating and formatting charts, graphic displays, and tables. Non-research responsibilities involve coordinating events, assisting scholars with administrative tasks, and aiding in the promotion of AEI’s health policy activities.
Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in health and public policy and experience with research.
AEI offers a stimulating and harmonious work environment and excellent benefits. Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, unofficial academic transcripts, and 500 word writing sample with their on-line application.
